    Is there any way in Outlook to make Outlook Today work with non-primary store calendar and task folders without getting into writing code?

      Afraid not.. At a minimum you’d have to change to references in the home page to the new folders, etc. Depending on your needs, it might not be too tough. You might check out the resources at http://www.slipstick.com/dev/dashboard.htm to get a feel for the effort.
