Adobe keeps putting a new icon bar on top of my normal Outlook Toolbar. I keep turning it off – via the toolbar menu. How can I keep this d*&^$mn thing off my toolbar permanently?

    Thanks!

Do you use Word as e-mail editor in Outlook?

no – it is too slow.

BTW – this only happened after I installed the Adobe Suite.

Thanks but that procedure does not work – I have Creative Suite 2 (CS) — the only option given is to completely uninstall Acrobat – which I need to have — unfortunately.

There are other options for Bridge and “SAVG Viewer” that I did not explore…

or I could try messing with the Registry…. I know that is dangerous but don’t know exactly why.

You can use RegEdit to edit the registry. If you only modify specific entries, there’s little danger. You can use File | Export… to export a key before you modify it. If you don’t like the effect of the modification, you can open the exported .reg file to restore the original situation.

              will do.

              Thx again.
