I use desktop outlook, except when my profile gets corrupted.
Then I try to use online outlook. BUT when I do, all of my folders are empty and Group email lists are gone. What happened?
Power spec computer, win 10, Outlook is in Office 365
My desktop outlook would not open today. So I went to online outlook. found that all of MY folders are listed, but they are all empty. In contacts, on Online Outlook, all group email lists are gone. This also happens when I export contacts.
And when I updated/change outlook profile, outlook will NOT open.
    Any ideas?

Do you use POP3 for your mail client (Outlook)? If so you are probably downloading all your mail to the local machine and deleting it from the mail server (online). Using IMAP leaves the mail on the server and make a local copy.

      cheers, Paul

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
