Outlook/Word merge blocking

When using another program to merge to email and attach a Word doc, Outlook blocks access & requires each individual merge to be “authorized”, a real pain when merging with a field of 25-30 names! Any suggestions on how to get it to stop this?

Sounds Like the Outlook security patch (included in Office 2000 SP2) issue, or the additional security in 2002
