    Greetings:
My fairly new Dell Inspiron 3671 with Win 10 Pro,installed in March of this year by an IT pro friend of a friend, is taking some getting used to from Win 7. It has an Intel Core i5 9400 CPU; 2.9 GHz; 8GB; 64 bit OS & processor with a small SSD drive for the system and  a much larger drive for data. I use Windows Defender, Malwarebytes and CCleaner regularly.

I finally got Outlook set up the  way I wanted it and two days ago, one of the sub-folders in my primary email account just disappeared! This was my ‘Awaiting Replies’ folder, so it is important! I searched any other folder that had a sub-folder to see if somehow it got moved, but no such luck!

I tried using Recuva and Stellar Phoenix Outlook Express Repair without success. I have BU’s of all the accounts from 8/28. Is it possible to extract that single sub-folder and insert it into the current version?

I would also like recommendations on replacements for Outlook which dies this month:-(, preferably something that installs on my pc.

I’m visually impaired and speech impaired and haven’t had a very healthy year, so any help would be appreciated.
