Interested in any thoughts on the page file. Is it still best to move it to a dedicated partition (on a second disk if available)? Would it be better to let the system manage it on the os drive? Thanks, Rich

If you have a second disk, that is the best place for a page file (not another partition on the same disk as the OS). Otherwise, let Windows manage it. If you have enough memory, you can run without a page file but I didn’t see any measurable performance gain when I tried it. I just went back to let Windows manage it.

Do not put the page file on a disk that is slower than the disk on which Windows is installed.
