Using Excel in Office 2000 and Windows 98 after choosing page preview the page set up button in preview does not always function.
Choosing page set up from the file menu works all the time.
Has anyone had this problem

What happens? Is it grayed out?

no it is not grayed out it looks normal. usually it works fine in the morning, but by the afternoon it just does nothing. I have not run into this on any of the other computers at work, just mine and it is very fustrating.

Hope you have some thoughts in this strange problem.

It sounds like a resource problem to me. Some installed programs may be using memory resources and not freeing them completely (or at all) when they are closed.

When this problem occurs, have you tried rebooting?
