• Password Storage in Chrome Browser

I have approx 80 passwords stored in Chrome allowing me access to the roundcube email addresses of my local U3A coordinators – ( I  am webmaster).

These used to appear in alphabetical order, now they are sort of random although the  the last used overrides the order. On my Android phone & tablet the alphabetical order is maintained.

Any thoughts on what has caused this – it seems to have happened after an update.

I am not a Chrome user, but had to do a computer-to-computer migration of users. The Chrome passwords that I see are in alphabetical order – by the second-level-domain name, that which just precedes the “.com”, “.org”, etc.

I have not experimented with [ Export / manual resequence / Import ] to see if that changes the sequence. But I suspect not.

But, are you asking about Chrome passwords, or about passwords associated with Roundcube? (This may be a nonsense question. All I know about Roundcube is what I just did a Search for.)

And, an update of what: Windows, Chrome, Roundcube, or other? I see that the latest Roundcube update is dated 10 August.
