actually both KB4490628 and KB4474419 updates need to be installed first on any Server 2008 R2 SP1 system before any recent updates
do not forget about KB4490628 as newer servicing stack updates from KB4516655 to KB4536952 will fail to install unless KB4490628 is installed first
