Permanently Block Windows 10 Upgrade

MS seems determined to ram Windows 10 on people again http://www.theverge.com/2015/10/29/9639414/microsoft-windows-10-automatic-update-recommended Is there any permanent way to block this or will we have to do a web search every month on the Windows updates offered to see if they slipped in another sneaky upgrade nag again.

I run Windows 7 on 4 machines now and do not want the Windows 10 upgrade on any of them. And MS keeps trying to sneak in the Windows 10 nags. I know there is a program that blocks it now. MS changed something once to bypass it so they may do that again.

Thanks that’s the one I was thinking of but will MS bypass it again? They had to modify it after MS made some changes a few weeks ago. I’m surprised the EU isn’t jumping on MS after the big deal they made over IE in windows 7 and had tons of litigation going on.
