I have a database in Access 07 that sends data to an Excel pivot table for analysis. The Desktop running this has Office 07.

Excel launches and the data appears but the top of the data states “Worksheet in PivotTable Form [Compatibility Mode]. The pivot table ran without issue a few times and then suddenly the Compatibility Mode kicked in and now it wont go away (even if the machine is re-booted).

Is there a way to get around this and have the pivot table open as a pivot table so the data can be analyzed (or pivoted?)

Of course, the exact database works as a 2003 database without any issues. scream (I feel better now – this is what 2007 is doing to me)
