I have a form that has 5 Charts inserted into it. The chart values/views change as the user selects a record from a combo box.

The problem is this. When selecting print preview, the system shows multiple pages (I don’t know how many since when I try to get to the last page, the system runs out of memory) even though there are only five charts with a limited amount of data. When paging through the preview, several of the graphs are shown multiple times. Why is Access doing this and does anyone know how to correct it?

    Thanks

Sounds like you have a “Join” problem in the record source query.
You also say “form” and “print review” ….. you should be using a report. Forms are not designed to be printed.

I am not sure what the problem is, but it is not a join problem as the query on extracts data from one table. I did take your advice and have the form create a report to print the graphics which prints the data correctly.

        Thanks

The problem is that forms always print the entire recordset, not just the current record. That’s one of the biggest gotchas with printing forms.

Charlotte, you have provided another tidbit of valuable information that I did not know. cheers
