    Hi,

We have numerous word documents that we wish to print to pdf, however we have the following requirements:

Each word document is labelled individually in a folder and we need to create a separate pdf document for each word file.
When that word file is updated i would like the pdf to be automatically updated if possible (if not a program that can do every hour).
We also need the word document to be applied to s set template in PDF format, like applying text onto a letter head.

Any ideas as to how we can achieve this?

    Luke

As far as I can tell, Convert Word Documents To PDF from Net-It should do what you want. But it may be overkill.

        Thanks,

Have requested info, it doesn’t mention pricing on site, so I suspect it may be quite expensive.

(Edited by HansV to make URL clickable – see Help 19)

Check out http://pdf995.com/%5B/url%5D — it has a free converter and the downloadable version is fully functional, but keeps prompting you to register and pay for it, which is just $9.95 — definitely affordable.

Pdf995 is nice, but does it do what Luke wants?
            – Create a PDF automatically when a Word document is added to a folder, or if an already existing Word document is updated?
