I’ve spent the past few hours scouring the net for an answer to this seemingly basic process, to no avail. From what I can tell, the only way to accomplish this is to edit registry keys using VBA, however this seems a little over-the-top. Other solutions require the modification of certain .ini files. What I want is to print a series of three reports to pdf, without ever being prompted. I want to automate this process so that my PDF’s are saved to a network drive, and hence immediately available on an Intranet.

I have a full-fledged copy of Acrobat 6.0, along with the accompanying distiller. Can anyone give me some insight as to how this can be done?

    Thanks!

There was a thread about this late last year – it starts at post 322048. Modifying the registry or getting a special library seem to be the options. post 322094 contains some code and a link.

I did see that one, I suppose I was hoping for an easier way.

        Thanks Hans!
