I don’t know if it is an XP problem or a printer (HP930C) problem but it is not an application problem because it has started to happen in all applications. The problem is that when I hit the Print button the print job spools but won’t go to the printer until I click out of the application. As soon as I go out of the application off it goes, otherwise it just sits and sits. Sometimes I even have to shut off the power to the printer and when I switch it on again the print job runs. I have tried fiddling around with the various spooling options in the Printer Properties page without result.
