i will appreciate from the moderator a notification if this thread doesn’t belong here. tia.
mi sister has a problem with hotmail which i’ve not been able to solve.
from her desktop [LAN cable connected to the near wi-fi modem router], she can open [log in & out] her hotmail [outlook] email site online without any problem.
however, when trying to access SAME account [same ID, same password], from [wi-fi] liked tablet ot laptop, the request id denied and an NEW PASSWORD is asked [we confirm she’ log out at the desktop].
is it there [maybe something elementary], i’m missing, or should know?
haven’t seen in settings any provision to deal with this scenario.
any help / suggestion / correction will be kindly appreciated.
