    Usually use Macrium.

Exploring Paragon because of SB recent thread on backups.

I install on P15s in win 10 22H2 current minus 1 month and create backup. I try to explore as if to recover a single file but get error. I create recovery stick and boot to it. I create backup. Again I try explore and get error:

explore / select backup to restore / select folder containing the backup restore points / “Failed to import the backup: Backup set path is already exists in database. Backup job path cannot intersect with other backup job.”

Note – backup is on external 1TB SSD via USB3.

    Any ideas? THANKS!!!

Easy: Backup & Recovery / Backup tasks / select timeline view / move mouse over particular backup, choose Explore, etc.

Similar problem, except that in my case it occurs when I attempt to restore using a WinPE DVD. Raised a support ticket with Paragon, still waiting for a response.

You probably need a boot device created by Paragon. That will contain drivers for your PC that allows access to the disks.

        cheers, Paul
