I have a wierd problem. It occurs on Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server (German) with an Access 2000 (original, German version) database. (On Win 95, 98, NT 4.0 and 2000 the database runs without a problem).

Basically one form in the database will start and display correctly sometimes. It is just with this one form. At other times the cursor changes to a skull and crossbones! and then its reboot time. I have not found any rhyme nor reason with the behaviour, to me it is purely random.

Looking on the hardisk for cursors I can’t find any with this symbol. The hardware technical person hasn’t seen anything like it either.
Virus check seems to show everything is OK.

      Andy,

How old is your virus software? That’s what it sounds like to me, and is the only thing I can think of…

To determine where the skull and crossbones is coming from, gohere, and download the utility from download.com. It tracks your file activities, and may help you determine where this problem is coming from.

      Hope this helps!

      Drk.
