Program won’t load …

I have an Hp iPAQ hw6940. I am trying to load iNav. The memory says Storage avaliable = 14.60MB and Program avaliable 26.03. When I try to load the program to the iPAQ it reports: Space needed = 13276 KB & Space Avaliable 1604KB. If the Program Space avaliable is 26.03 MB why does it report only 1604KB avaliable for a brogram that is 13276 KB and should easily fit in the 26.03MB of Program space. Any help appreciated !!!

The space available on these devices is not fixed, it varies depending on what programs are running.

The easiest solution to your problem will be to install the software to an SD card, instead of to the internal memory of the iPaq.
