Help!!! I am about to install Project Server 2003 on to a Windows Server 2003 – just doing some research on the web and am finding many references to Sharepoint Services and the need to have it. Is this mandatory for the installation and running of Project Server 2003? Can I forego this? Will I have limited resources if I don’t have it instaled? Very frustrating!

    Thanks for any help.

It is not a requirement to use Sharepoint Services. It just means you will not be able to use the features that use that technology It is like Exchange. you are not required to use Exchange if you are not going to use the features that use that technology. Project SErver will work with Groupwise, but you will have some agravating dialog boxes to resolve. You will have to have IIS installed and SQL server installed. SQL Server is a separate license.
