Ran across a very strange phenomenon today in Outlook 2003. User had two pst files. One of the files shows up as an email message in the other pst file (not as an attachment to a message, but as a message with the pst file icon). Based on the size associated with the message, the entire 380KB file is there! Of course Outlook wouldn’t open it as an e-mail and I couldn’t drag it to the desktop (got an unauthorized action error). I ran scanpst on the pst file and it said it had no errors! Wondered if anyone else has seen this or knows what may have caused it.
