Publish to Word losing lines (2000)

When I publish an Access report to Word, it loses all the lines and boxes from the report.
This is not a deficiency of the RTF format that it uses – I’ve created other RTF documents that have lines, boxes and borders.
Is there a service patch to fix this?

No there is no patch for it. Access does not translate graphics when it publishes to RTF format. If you want something that looks just like the report, you’ll have to create a snapshot instead and distribute it with the snapshot viewer to those who don’t already have it.
