• Re-using drafts (O/L 2000 SR-1)

I use several standard messages that I send out to different people repeatedly. Problem is that every time I send a message from the draft or any other folder, it is deleted.

Is there any way to keep a copy of these messages in the drafts folder where they are easily found, rather than trawling through “Sent Items”?

I am sure there is an easy way to do this but… not finding much help in “Help”

      1. save the messages as templates (if you use word as the editor you’ll need to switch to the outlook editor to create the template)
      2. copy the template from the windows file system to a folder in your mailbox. I prefer making a folder called ‘templates’ but drafts works too.

You could always try View – Options – Save sent message to … and change it to the drafts folder

I would have to do this every time I re-sent the message. There should be something simpler. Looks like solution is saving as a template

        Thanks for help.

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
