When I receive Acces db through the internet, some of them open as ‘Read Only’ and some are fine. How can this be corrected before the database is sent over the internet?

Do you mean that the Read-Only attribute of the .mdb file has been set (you can see this if you right-click the .mdb file in Windows Explorer and select Properties from the popup menu)?

I see. I was addressing this through the File, Database properties, not through Windows Explorer. Now I can turn off the Read Only check. Thank you.
