Is there any “easy” way to create a references page in Powerpoint, or must it be re-typed? I have it in Word (2010) already.

Well You can write a Macro which will loop through all the slides, uses the title has identifier, add it to the bulleted list in the first slide and hyperlink it, it is doable. That being said considering the slide layout of PowerPoint it will be an extensive and exhaustive macro as there are too many variables involved. Below are my suggestions.

Single Powerpoint <10 slides – Do it manually
Multiple Powerpoints upto 20 slides with definitive identifiers[Ex : Title] – A Macro would be advised and it is easier to create
Multiple Powerpoints with varying parameters[No. of Slides and Non-definitive identifiers[Ex : Title]] – Leveraging an Expert is best
