I want to remove “Sites” and “Add a Place” from the open menu of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

I have tried the reg key:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\common\internet
    “UseOnlineContent”=dword:00000000

This does the trick but breaks Outlook Exchange O-Auth login.

Any other way to remove those items without breaking Outlook.

I think that may break many other Office online features too.

Try File, Options, Save, Show additional places for saving, even if sign-in may be required (Uncheck).
