I set up Windows 2000 some months ago as dual boot with Win98 on C: and Win2k on D:…the idea was to keep win98 alive until there were updates for all my hardware and software. After six months of waiting all my hardware and software drivers have been updated and are working on Win2k. Now I want to delete Win98 and boot straight from Win2k. I have Partition magic 6.0 and my thought was to just delete the C: partition (which includes the boot loader) and reboot. Presumably this will change the D: drive to C: and boot into Win2k. Can anybody see any problem that might arise?
