I have uninstalled Java from my computer and browsers but the Java Deployment Toolkit remains in Firefox add-on.
I can disable it but there is no means to uninstall / remove it. How do I get rid of this please.

Does Java still show up in the CP, Programs and Features list? You might also try CCleaner. I use the registry cleaner portion of CCleaner whenever I uninstall anything. Generally I just look for entries relating to the app I just uninstalled.

Also, I wonder if JavaRa will help.

Used the search program ‘Everything’ it found folders and some npdeployjava1.dll files and other dll files I deleted them and now it has gone from Firefox. Ran Ccleaner reg check and cleaned up some left over reg files.
