Is there a keyboard method of paging through a multi-page report? [Pageup] and [Pagedown] work when the magnification is such that the entire page is viewed at once. I want an equivalent keyboard command that moves from page to page, no matter what the magnification.

You can press F5. The cursor will be positioned at the page number and you can type the page number you want to jump to. Pressing enter will jump to the requested page.
