I was wondering if there was a way to retrieve the name of an open/loaded report. I want to retrieve the name of the current open report from a public function that is separate from the actual report.

You can use Screen.ActiveReport.Name to get the name of the currently active report. If more than one report is open, it will return the name of the one in front; if no reports are open you’ll get an error message.
