I’m trying to figure out if it is possible to print out reports on pocket size daytimer paper, which has 4 pages per 8.5×11 sheet.. So far I haven’t found anything that indicates to me that it is possible. Anybody done this? the paper has 2 pages across in 2 rows, each 3.75×6.75, so its not a symetrical format.

    thanks

Umm, I don’t see how you can fit four 3.75×6.75 pages on a 8.5×11 sheet – the total area is larger than that of the sheet.

Apart from that, if all pages have the same orientation, you should be able to use the Label Wizard. If there is no standard label layout that suits your purpose, you can create a custom label layout.

If you have special requirements, such as some of the pages being rotated or upside down, you could try a mail merge to labels in Word, with your table or query as data source.

Oops, I was mixing up different sizes. I now see the label wizard, the one menu I hadn’t see before. Looks like that will do the job. Thanks
