Revert File open screen to Word 2010 from Word365/2013 and File save is awful as well

I absolutely dislike the new file open in the latest word, it puts you to the heavily loadd main screen with recents ,computer,….. and then you have to hit computer then previous path areas….
I really would like to see the old file open screen where it goes right to c:msofficewinword*.doc screen with all your doc files right there ….
Also File save keeps bringing up albeit temporally to the main word screen save, print open, I disklike seeing this every time I save . just disconcerting and really don’t want to see anything flash on the screen like I am back to word 1 slow creeping nature….
Any thoughts to make word 2013 act like 2010….

File>Options>Save: Check the box “Don’t show the Backstage when Opening or Saving files.” This avoids much of the “clutter.”
