    Hi!,

I want to set up a rule that moves all messages from *@stores.abc.co.uk to a folder called stores – i.e. any e-mail address from the domain stores.abc.co.uk.

I can do it for specific stores e.g. glasgow@stores.abc.co.uk, but dont want to do it for all stores!

    Thanks in advance!

If you choose to check mail when it arrives, then the next, conditions screen, has an option to “check” for specific words in the sender’s address. The screen after that lets you specify a folder to move the mail into. This should do what you want.

I have rules in O2000 rather inconsistent and frustrating until … I starting using the “specific words in the message header” option. THis option will reach places that other rules just dream about. I have just tested your case (last three domain names) and it works, so try “stores.abs.co.uk” as the specific words.
