When you create a new desktop toolbar, it’s easy enough to recreate it should the toolbar be closed (accidentally or intentionally). You can customize the toolbar the way you want it, and if you reboot the PC, Windows remembers your settings, but if you close the toolbar, the settings are lost. So, there’s got to be a location where windows stores the toolbar’s settings — anyone know?
