Every time I open Outlook 2013, I get a windows security dialog box asking me for my password. I enter the password and click “ok” and the box appears again asking for the password again. I end up just cancelling the box.

My email for all my accounts downloads with no problems, but I can’t figure out how to get rid of this box.

I use Norton 360 for my security software and they were no help to me.

Any ideas on what to do? I have attached the file.

    Thanks,

    Mike

You have an account in Outlook that is not your standard account so you don’t notice that it is not connecting?

Go into settings an check all the accounts you have, using the web page to access each one.

      cheers, Paul
