Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
Was on the internet yesterday reviewing some medical processes and came across a site (reputable) with a smallish type.
Afterward it seems my desktop icons/fonts and some other screen’s fonts are now smaller than they were.
Checked my display scale, screen resolution and font size settings and they are the same as they have been, but still something has changed.
Nothing to report from virus scan. Any ideas where to look?

If you right click on an empty space on your desktop and choose View can you adjust your icon size?
