Selecting a particular range including blanks (Excel 2000 SR1)

I lied…when I recorded the macro…it had 11 lines of Range(Selection, Selection.End(xlDown)).Select but when I actually add that to my existing macro…it only takes me down to the first blank row…there are 5 sections of blank rows that I need to include in the range…can anyone help me?

By any chance can you remove these blanks? Why do you have these blanks? Could you place these 5 items into 5 worksheets?
