Is there a way, when composing a message in Outlook, to select names from a Contacts folder?

The ‘To’ button only lists names in the global address book.

I am having the same problem with Office XP. When pressing the ” To: ” button when sending a new mail, I have 6 John Smith’s in my office’s contact list. I know It’s because John Smith’s contact info contains a business fax number, a home fax number, 3 email addresses and an “other fax number”. Therefore, i have 6 John Smith’s in my ” To: ” list, and no way to determine which one is the email address i need. Office 2000 would differentiate them in the ” To: ” list … Office XP does not. Is this a setting that needs to be checked or a need for a patch?
