    Hi all

not sure if this qualifies as a Word or Outlook problem but you can point me in the right direction. I have a user who uses the Send to feature in Word to attach documents to an email. When he receives a document from an external source (one which comes in as a Word attachment), opens it, amends it and then chooses File, Send to – it comes into the email without the .doc extension.

Can anyone tell me if there is a reason for this and how it can be rectified.

    Thanks in advance

Is he selecting “send to mail recipient” or selecting “send to mail recipient (as attachment)”
