Just as you can send feedback to Microsoft using the Feedback app in Windows 10 or UserVoice with some Microsoft services, Apple has their own feedback website for the Mac and iOS.

Select the product to send feedback on, and select either feedback or bug report, enter the details, and submit.
Apple reviews all submitted feedback, and in some cases, I’ve seen Apple’s response time at tackling some of them to be a little faster than in the past.
Those registered with an Apple Developer account (even if they are not fully enrolled in the $99/year Apple Developer Program) can also use the Bug Reporter to submit bug reports to Apple. However, I’ve found the tool a little clunky to use, so I generally use the Apple Product Feedback website instead. For those interested in the tool, however, here’s more information:
