Some things to try:
1) What happens if you temporarily change the EditMessage argument from False to True?
2) What happens if you temporarily change the To argument from strMailboxName to a single e-mail address, for example your own?
3) Does it make a difference if Outlook is already running or not?
4) Do you have error handling in the procedure? (On Error GoTo labelname)
If not, try adding error handling to see if you get an error message.
