Servicing Stack Update (KB4516655) not showing in windows update

I see for october 4524102, 4519976 and various updates for office but no 4516655?
I have 3133977 dated 9-11, 4474419 dated 9-11 and 4490628 dated 8-11 when system was redone and 4516065 dated 10-7 all installed.

4516655 is not installed or hidden.

So what is my course of action now?

The Servicing Stack has to be installed exclusively (by itself). It will not show up in the Windows Update Important queue until all other pending updates in the Important queue are either installed or hidden.

To get 4516655, you need to temporarily HIDE all the Oct updates, then check for updates. Repeat that until no other updates are pending, and then 4516655 will show up. Install it. Reboot, then UNHIDE the updates (but don’t install yet) all the updates you just hid.
