      What data type is code? If it’s text you don’t need the ampersands. If it’s a number you don’t need the single quotes.

          If code is a number then your sql string should look like this:

          strSQL = “SELECT [Code],[Description] FROM Budget WHERE [Code] = 0160250 Or [Code] = 140360249;'”
