I have a shared workbook with macros/VBA that functions perfectly with all members of the same workgroup. But when accessed from a different workgroup, none of the coding works (also unaccessable from the VBA editor).

Is this a limitation of Excel? Is something not set right?

At a guess it sounds like a network rights issue. When you say that the coding does not work, what error messages do you get? Are the VBA and worksheets all in the same workbook, or is the VBA in an xla?

Could it be the second workgroup have their systems set to disable macros?
