In a two person office, I want to share Outlook between SystemA (the boss) and SystemB (the assistant), either should be able to make additions and changes to tasks and to the calendar. The computers are setup on a peer-to-peer network and are configured as follows:
SystemA: Windows 2000 Professional, Office 2000 Professional, The Outlook files will reside on this machine.
SystemB: Windows 98 SE, Office 2000 Small Business Edition.
I can access the Outlook Database for chances if one and only one system has the file open. If the other system attempts to open it a file/folder already open error message appears. Whoever gets there first can access it the other can
