Shutdown slowdown

Not a huge performance issue, but ever since the April updates, my PC does not shut down as quickly as it used to. 5-10 seconds of time has been added to the shutdown which was fairly quick prior to the updates.

Anyone else notice this or have any ideas which update(s) may have caused. this? Otherwise PC runs fine except for the same WU issues others are experiencing.

Check which programs are running at shut down and check for updates for them.

as shut down issues has variables, ive also used the speed up shut down fix. i used the second option. read for more info:

Shaved a few seconds off, but setting it to below 5 seconds did not seem to make any difference. I still think that a Windows update did this.
