    I sent some snapshot files in an email to a client and they can’t open them. Do they have to save the files to somewhere on their network or hard drive? Do they have to have Access to open them? If they have Access, should they open Access to be able to view the snapshots? I am not that familiar with the snapshot rules. Any help would be appreciated. thank you.
