Sorting using formulas (Excel 2003)

I know there is a way to sort numbers using formulas. Can someone help me…

I have this in a sheet
A 16%
B 27%
C 35%
D 26%

and want to use formulas to product this…
C 35%
B 27%
D 26%
A 16%

1] Assume your data located at A1:B4
A B
A 16%
B 27%
C 35%
D 26%

2] D1 entered the formula, copied across to E1,

Then, selected D1 and E1 copied down to row 4 :

=INDEX($A$1:$B$4,MATCH(LARGE($B$1:$B$4,ROWS($1:1)),$B$1:$B$4,0),COLUMNS($A:A))
