SPAM -how to remove user (Outlook 2000)

Outlook 2000 is doing a good job of filtering out SPAM, however, I’ve got a couple of emails that I don’t want to be labelled “SPAM” and can not figure out how to turn this off or remove these users from being deemed SPAM?

Create a rule for these emails/users, with at least the action “stop processing more rules”, and make sure this rule is before the “junk email rule”. That should stop the junk filter getting it’s paws on these emails.
