Who can keep track of all these products? laugh

The web site looks legit — SpyCatcher Express — and the feature differences compared with the paid version seem to be reasonable compromises: (From Sept. 14 press release)
SpyCatcher Express, available free from the Tenebril web site at http://www.tenebril.com, is designed to meet the basic antispyware protection needs of the Internet community. It offers all users the most advanced, no-cost protection available. For consumers who seek the added protection of automatic scans, anti-phishing and other convenience features, Tenebril recommends use of SpyCatcher 2006.
I’m sure someone will be happy to try it out.

Loaded Spycatcher (free version) on my and wife’s computers. After about two days, when I turned on my wife’s computer it went to the window’s log on screen and when I logged on, it immediately logged off, I would log on and again it would log off……I could not get out of the loop. Rebooted many times, but no go.

So I started in safe-mode, and since spycatcher was the only change that I had made, I uninstalled it. Re-booted and everything is fine???? Hmmmmm

My computer is fine. Both running XP

Just to be safe, I have removed it from mine too……
